Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your gift to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
How we ship
We dispatch orders via The Courier Guy and PAXI parcel lockers, delivering nationwide across all 9 South African provinces. You can also choose local delivery or collection at checkout if available in your area.
Delivery times
- Production typically takes 1–3 working days.
- After dispatch, delivery via The Courier Guy or PAXI takes 1–3 working days.
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2–6 working days.
We will only contact you if there is an issue with your artwork or order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your province and selected courier method. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Returns & satisfaction guarantee
Because every item is made to order and personalised just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, we will reprint or refund your order at no extra cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
Artwork & image quality
We review every order before production. If your uploaded image is too low-resolution or unusable for a quality print, we will contact you on WhatsApp or email to discuss alternatives before we start making your item.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation before production has started. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp if you need to make any changes.
