Will you contact me before making my order?

We go straight to production once your order is placed. If there is a problem with your image that would affect the final result, we will contact you on WhatsApp before we proceed.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We'll make it right. If your item arrives and something is wrong, reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we will reprint or refund your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of production being complete. Delivery via The Courier Guy or PAXI then typically takes 1–3 working days. Collection and local delivery are also available.

Which couriers do you use?

We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy and PAXI parcel lockers. You can also choose local delivery or collection at checkout, depending on your location.

What file format should my photo be?

We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and GIF files. For the best print quality, please upload a high-resolution image. We will let you know on WhatsApp if the image quality might affect your order before we start.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across all 9 provinces. Select your province and postal code at checkout to see available shipping methods and costs.
